Waterfalls

Charmingly cascading waterfalls are a prevalent sight as the island is densely blessed with over a three hundred, primarily enroute to Kandy, Nuwara eliya and the sub-tropical city of Rathnapura. Interesting folklore too is closely associated with these flowing splendors and the equally scenic backdrops of misty hills and green carpet like tea plantations revives mind, body and soul.
